Terms of Service
→Overview of Services
The Grant Writing Firm provides professional services including grant writing, targeted grant research, grant portal registration, proposal review and strategy consulting, and, where applicable, post-award management services. All services are provided pursuant to a written agreement that defines the specific scope of work for each client.
→Grant Writing Fees & Payment Terms
Grant writing services are billed as an upfront flat fee and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services. Grant writing fees are not contingent upon the receipt of funding and are not reimbursable from grant funds.
→No Contingency or Success-Based Fees
The Grant Writing Firm does not provide contingency-based or success-based compensation for grant writing services. Grant writing services are billed as an upfront flat fee and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services. Grant writing fees are not contingent upon the receipt of funding.
→Post-Award Management Services
Post-Award Management services are provided only after a grant award is made. These services are contracted directly with the client organization. In some cases, and only when permitted by the funder, post-award management or compliance services may be disclosed in advance and included in a proposed grant budget as an allowable cost, subject to funder approval. The client organization remains responsible for payment of all services regardless of funding source.
→Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for grant development and post-award compliance. The Grant Writing Firm is not responsible for delays or outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.
→No Guarantee of Funding
The Grant Writing Firm does not guarantee the approval, award, or funding of any grant application. All funding decisions are made solely by the funding agency or foundation.
