Dr. Rielly Keyser, DrPH
Founder & CEO, The Grant Writing Firm
Dr. Rielly Keyser is a nationally recognized grant strategist, public health professional, and nonprofit funding expert with over 12 years of experience in the grant writing industry and more than 8 years working directly within the nonprofit sector. Since 2013, she has helped secure tens of millions of dollars in funding for nonprofits, school districts, healthcare systems, and government agencies nationwide.
Rielly earned her Doctor of Public Health from Claremont Graduate University and completed both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Arizona. Her professional background includes roles in direct service, leadership, and executive consulting—experience that informs her deep understanding of both funder expectations and organizational needs.
Her work spans diverse issue areas, including mental health, education, workforce development, public safety, housing, and healthcare.
Known for her strategic insight, clear communication, and commitment to excellence, Rielly founded The Grant Writing Firm to raise the industry standard—delivering grant services that are not only compliant and compelling, but deeply collaborative and results-driven. She leads a national team of experts dedicated to advancing social change through high-impact funding strategies.

Madisen Novelo is a seasoned grant professional and doctoral candidate in Public Health at Claremont Graduate University. With more than a decade of experience in academic research, program coordination, and grant development, she has contributed to numerous successful proposals that promote equity, health access, and sustainable systems of care.
Her portfolio spans federal, state, and foundation grants for nonprofits, colleges, and healthcare organizations. She currently supports grant development and strategy for the LYTE Foundation and teaches graduate-level grant writing. As a faculty member and coordinator at Mt. San Antonio College, Madisen designs and leads grant-funded academic support programs that empower diverse student populations for long-term success.

Dr. Tran is an accomplished grant strategist and public health leader with a career spanning academic research, nonprofit development, and systems transformation. With his Doctorate in Public Health (DrPH) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA), Charles has guided numerous organizations—healthcare institutions, community coalitions, and educational entities—in designing and securing complex funding streams that build sustainable change.
His expertise includes managing and writing high‑stakes federal, state, and foundation proposals, developing program infrastructure to support award implementation, and evaluating outcomes that advance equity and impact. He has designed grant‑funded initiatives to address underserved populations, streamline service delivery systems, and embed evaluation mechanisms for long‑term success.
